Growing up in the small Maori community of Rātana, we would often play in the surrounding farmland that contained wild seeded apple groves and elderflower shrubs. Our nana would make syrup with the flowers and we would call in after church on Sundays to be greeted with her delicious brew and yummy kai. This flavour duo is referred to as Nana's brew and is inspired by her aroha and affection. The taste profile is similar to a dry apple cider with floral notes.

Filtered Wai (water), Organic green & black Tī (tea) blend, raw organic cane sugar, kombucha culture, organic apple juice, elderflower.
